Concetta (Tina) Giardina, 75, of Brooklyn, New York passed away peacefully on February 11 surrounded by family. Tina was predeceased by her brothers John and Joseph Pitino. She is survived by her brother Sal,  her sister Maria, her 3 children,  Ben, Josephine, and Enrico and her 6 loving grandchildren. Tina was born in Pozzallo, Sicily and arrived in the United States in 1967.  Her one true love, Giovanni Giardina  arrived a few months later and they married in 1969.  Above all else, Tina enjoyed being surrounded by family and cooking huge Sunday dinners. Her greatest pride and joy were her 6 grandchildren who she spoiled every chance she got.
