I want to apologize to my Mother today for my own and my wife and sons absence. We ask for your forgiveness Mama.

Mama I love you. I just want to share with you all some of the most memorable times I've shared with my Mom living and growing up with Her. How my Mama taught me how to cook . First eggs, then grilled cheese sandwiches. The sewing lessons. The first day of the school year her holding my little hand and me not wanting to let go of my Mama. No no one can ever steal that away from me. The parties we had at our house. The times and things we did together are so numerous and I will never forget them. Like when mom and my dad took me to my first live band dance at night. Thank you. To see my dads friends play that night . For all those wonderful times. For coming to my aid when I was in trouble thank you and God for giving me life through your womb Mama. I can never repay you for all you have done for me. How you loved my friends. And treated them as your own sons. When ever they were in your presence or in your home. I remember all the beautiful days growing up with my Mama, brother and 3 sisters and their friends on Douglass.
All the pie fights , the Johnny pumps on those sweltering hot days...so in closing I would ask all of you to bow your heads as my brother says this prayer for me for My Mama .
Jesus says the only way to the Father is through Him. Jesus also says when we pray we ought to pray the Lord's prayer.
So I ask respectfully you all bow your heads and repeat. The Lord's prayer.
Our Father who art in Heaven hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the glory for ever Amen.
Sleep well MAMA Dukie

This was given to my brother-in-law Reggie but he was not allowed to read it at the service.
Yours truly, Jonathan Maisonette/Duke
